Old Vine Mataro 2024

This isn’t the usual chest-beating Mataro. Think Barossa Pinot: medium-bodied, savoury and finely etched, with layers of earth, wild thyme and sweet spice rolling through a beautifully composed palate. There’s plenty of structure here, but it moves with grace rather than muscle.
