Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep, dark, and vibrant purple—bold, brooding, and impossible to ignore.
Aroma: Ripe stone fruit, drenched in richness, humming with dark energy.
Taste: This is Shiraz with presence. Deep, dark, and vibrant purple in the glass, it pulls you in before the first sip. The nose is all ripe stone fruit, dense and brooding, with an intensity that hints at something serious. Then the palate kicks in—grippy and structured, the fruit rich and layered, rolling through like a slow-building storm. There’s an earthy depth, a dark forest quality that adds intrigue and length. Power and precision go hand in hand here—big, bold, but beautifully in control. A premium Shiraz that knows exactly what it’s doing, and does it damn well.
