Can I add more wine to my package?

If you’d like to receive more wine in addition to your six-bottle or twelve-bottle case, please feel free to contact our team at club@bruno-george.com or on +61 439 490 532

Which package did I sign up for?

Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on the icon beside Contact; your subscription will be displayed there.

Can I switch subscription packages?

You are able to switch between package types, but note that we do process payments at the beginning of the shipping month (February, May, August and November) for Quarterly Packages and (February, July and November) for Tri-annual subscription so remember to switch before this time.

When will the next package be shipped?

Bruno & George Wines quarterly packages are shipped in February, May, August & November. Whilst our Tri-annual packages are shipped out in February, July & November. We process payments at the beginning of the noted month and aim to ship the packages before or near the 20th.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit the shipping details for your current shipment or contact us at club@bruno-george.com or on +61 439 490 532.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing the shipping address, or contact us at club@bruno-george.com or on +61 439 490 532.

What additional wines are available to me?

As a Bruno & George Foundation Club Member you have access to exclusive wines made from smaller parcels of fruit, and all are available to you at special foundation club prices. Simply log in to your account and view the online store.

What are the shipping costs?

Bruno & George ships to all locations around Australia and the cost of shipping depends on your specific location.  If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel free to contact Bruce Blackwell via email on club@bruno-george.com

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can do so by logging in to your account and suspending your subscription, please remember once you have suspended you will not be able to avail of the member's special price.

Can I cancel my subscription package?

You can cancel your subscription package at any time by logging in to your online account and going to the ‘My Subscriptions’ section.

Please be aware once you have cancelled you will be unable to access the special rates for all Bruno & George Wines in the future.

Online Store Purchases

Can I use my membership club rates in the online store?

Yes, simply login into your account to visit the wine store, where you will able to see the members rates alongside retail rates.

I am done shopping. What now?

You can see your shopping cart on the top right-hand corner of the site; click on this icon to proceed to checkout.

When will my items arrive?

We ship purchases from our winery twice a week.

I have created an account, do I get member pricing?

You must have an active subscription to any of our Foundation Club Packs in order to enjoy the 35% off on wine purchases.

Problem with your delivered products?

If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee please contact our team at club@bruno-george.com – Bruce will be there to help!
